NoMoreEmail is a simple service: your phone gets a text when something in your inbox actually needs you. Everything else stays quiet until you're ready for it.

What NoMoreEmail does

It connects to the email you already have. Gmail, Outlook, whatever you use today. Nothing moves, nothing changes, and you never learn a new app.

We teach it what matters to you. Your clients. New inquiries. The lab, the bank, the school. Your definition of important, set up with you in person and tuned by a human, not a settings menu.

When one of those emails arrives, you get a text. The message is also waiting in its own folder in your inbox, and on one simple page that shows only the emails that matter. Everything else sits quietly where it always was.
You stay in charge: out of the box, NoMoreEmail never sends anything, never replies for you, and never deletes a message. You get the text, and you answer from your own inbox the way you always have. When you're ready for more, more exists: an automatic "got it, I'll be in touch" for new inquiries, or sending a quick reply right from the text on your phone. Optional, and only ever turned on because you asked.

What it costs

Getting set up: cover my travel and the hard costs of the setup itself. That's it to start.

Once it's running and earning its keep, a low monthly fee keeps it tuned as your business changes. If it doesn't make your week noticeably lighter in the first month, we part friends.

Who's behind it

I'm Mike Fanale. I run AverwavesAi and an environmental health inspection company, WholeHome Solutions, as one person, and the only reason that works is that my own systems run exactly this way: the emails that matter reach me the moment they arrive, and the rest wait their turn.
